At 12:53, Abingdon Fire was dispatched to an address where a vehicle had gone into the rear of a structure in the 100 Block of East Valley Street. The passenger in the vehicle was complaining of back pain and had to be extricated from the vehicle. Members were able to disconnect the power from the room that the vehicle entered. Rescue Engine 201, Support 207, Command 209 and Command 210 responded along with units of the Washington County Life Saving Crew.
