At 06:24, Abingdon Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire behind a business at 789 West Main Street. Upon arrival, a 1993 Chevrolet Camero was fully involved. Engine 204, Tanker 202, Utility 207, and Command 209 responded and quickly extinguished the fire. An adjacent vehicle was moved away from the Camero and sustained limited damage. Cause of the blaze is unknown at this time.
