On 04/24 at 04:15, Abingdon Fire was alerted to a single vehicle accident on Whites Mill Road, just before the Chip Ridge Road intersection. The vehicle was traveling toward Abingdon when it left the roadway, rolled over, and went through a fence, ending up on its wheels. The driver was not injured and was checked by members of the Life Saving Crew. Fire Department members assisted with traffic until the vehicle was removed by a local towing service. Rescue Engine 205, Battalion 209 and Chief 201 responded along with a unit of the Washington County Life Saving Crew and VA State Police.
