At 16:13, Abingdon Fire was dispatched to a 2 vehicle accident on Cummings Street in front of Hardees. One vehicle was on its side. The driver was removed from the vehicle after the windshield was removed. Chief 201, Chief 202, Rescue Engine 205 and Battalion 209 responded along with units from the Washington County Life Saving Crew and Abingdon Police Department.
