At 0838, Abingdon Fire was dispatched to a 2 vehicle accident at the intersection of Empire Drive and Lee Highway in the Exit 19 area. No injuries were reported in the accident. Rescue Engine 205, Chief 201, and Utility 210 responded along with units of the Washington County Life Saving Crew and Abingdon Police. Debris was removed from the roadway by fire personnel.
