At 08:01, Abingdon Fire Units were dispatched at a 3 vehicle accident at the intersection of Main Street and Cummings Street. There was light damage on two of the vehicles, but the third vehicle did sustain heavy front end damage, resulting in fluids and car parts in the roadway. Abingdon Fire personnel cleaned up the street and returned to the station. Utility 207 and Command 209, along with the Abingdon Police and Washington County Life Saving Crew responded to the call.
