Meadowview Fire and Abingdon Fire were alerted to a possible structure fire at Hapco on Hillman Highway. Upon arrival, fire was observed coming from an exterior venting/filter unit attached to the main structure by a tube. Filters inside the unit were burning. They were removed and water was used to cool the structure. There was no damage to the main structure. Meadowview Engine 120 and Tanker 123 responded along with Abingdon Chief 201, Engine 204, Utility 210 and the Washington County Life Saving Crew.
