At 04:42, Abingdon Fire was requested to assist Green Springs Fire Department on a structure fire in the 23000 Block of Harbor Light Circle. Upon arrival, Green Springs units were in the basement removing a ceiling to get to the fire. The fire was believed to have started in the fireplace and traveled toward the front of the house between the basement ceiling and the first floor. Damage was extensive to the floor structure. Engine 204 and Command 209 responded along with a unit from the Washington County Life Saving Crew.
