At 1450 hrs on Friday, April 17, 2009, Command 209, Tower 203, Engine 204, Tanker 202 and Utility 207 responded to report of smoke in a residential structure. Upon arrival found a thermostat that went to a baseboard heater had shorted out. Used Argus thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots. No fire extension was found and all units cleared the scene.
