At 1055, Abingdon Fire was alerted to a logging truck accident on Watauga Road. Upon arrival, the trailer pulled by the truck had overturned, spilling logs into a field destroying a section of fencing. The truck driver was not injured. Rescue Engine 205, Battalion 209, Utility 210 and Utility 211 responded along with the Washington County Life Saving Crew.
