At 14:14 Abingdon Fire was alerted to set up a landing zone for Wings Air Rescue to transfer a patient from an Abingdon Ambulance Service Unit. Wings Air Rescue transported the patient to Johnson City Medical Center. The landing zone was set up near Exit 19 Exxon. Chief 202 and Rescue Engine 205 responded along with units from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
