At 1614 hours, Abingdon Fire was alerted to a chimney fire in the 100 block of Clark Street. A chain was dropped into the chimney to loosen the buildup of creosote on the walls of the flu. Engine 204, Tower 203, and Command 210 responded along with Washington County Life Saving Crew Unit 54. Call cleared at 1659 hours.
