New Support Vehicle Ordered
Thu. May 13th 2010

Abingdon Fire Department has ordered a 2010 GMC 12 passenger van. This vehicle will be used to transport members to out-of- town training and meetings. I will also be used in our fire prevention programs. Utility 206 is scheduled to be in service within the next 60 days. We plan to add fire prevention messages on the side of this van using vehicle wraps. This will be replacing Car 206; which is scheduled to be retired from fire service.
