Single Vehicle Accident

At 00:46, Abingdon Fire was dispatched to a single vehicle accident that hit a tree head on. Occupants of the vehicle left the scene after the accident and were apprehended by Abingdon Police. The older model Ford sedan was totaled. Engine 201 and Command 209 responded along with the Washington County Life Saving Crew.

At 21:54, Abingdon Fire was dispatched to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Main and Hutton Streets. Upon arrival, a Honda sedan had struck a Jeep. Washington County Life Saving Crew transported the driver of the Honda to Johnston Memorial Hospital for treatment.

At 17:57, Abingdon Fire was alerted to a single vehicle accident on Stone Mill Road. The Hummer vehicle ended up on its side. Washington County Life Saving Crew treated the one occupant in the vehicle. Abingdon Police invested the accident. Engine 201, Utility 208, and Command 209 responded.
